We have created a detailed list of cleaning actions to make sure our house cleaning is the most thorough available. Our cleaners are trained using our systems and procedures to ensure high-efficiency as well as high-quality. We then take our cue from you and customize the routine to your specific needs.

We send the Initial Deep Clean and the Standard Recurring Cleans as separate quotes.

We are able to focus on budget and create a priorities list if that is your preference.

Deep Cleaning Services

There are many reasons for a deep clean

​Checklist

  • Clean the exterior of all the kitchen cabinets and drawers, including handles and pulls

  • Clean and shine exterior of refrigerator – extra attention to the rubber seal

  • Clean and shine exterior of other built-in appliances

  • Move and clean all small appliances, etc located on kitchen counter

  • Clean the kitchen counter

  • Wash the kitchen floor, making sure to get the kick plates and trim

  • Wipe or scrub the backsplash throughout the kitchen

  • Clean the exterior of all the bathroom cabinets

  • Clean all of the walls in the bathroom, especially around the toilet (if needed)

  • Clean inside and behind the toilet

  • Clean the inside of the tub or shower including any doors

  • Clean the backsplash in the bathrooms

  • Clean the bathroom floor. Making sure to get underneath all of the cabinets, behind the toilet, and behind the pedestal sink if it has one

  • Vacuum, dust or wet wipe all of the baseboards in the bathrooms

  • Wet wipe all of the doors around the door handles in the bathrooms and the rest of the door as needed

  • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures

  • Wet wipe all of the switch plates throughout the home

  • Glass cleaned and shined on doors that lead to exterior – in and out

  • Dust and wipe, if needed, the baseboards throughout the home

  • Edge all of the carpeted areas throughout the home

  • Vacuum all hard and carpeted surfaces

  • Dust throughout the home (We will not remove books, CDs, movies, etc. from the bookshelves unless we are told to do so by the homeowner)

  • We will hand wipe all hard surfaces unless told otherwise

  • Dust and wet wipe, if needed, all of the window sills throughout the house

  • Give all the woodwork a dusting if it needs it: door trim, window trim and so on...

Upon request

  • Window interiors

  • Vacuum all furniture, under the cushions

  • Vacuum under all furniture that can be reached with a standard extension tube

  • Vacuum the interior of all kitchen cabinets & wet wipe

  • Clean the inside of the refrigerator (if necessary)

  • We will not move the refrigerator unless we are told by the homeowner prior to the cleaning (If the refrigerator is moved, G&SC will not be responsible for any damage caused due to moving the refrigerator)

  • Clean the inside of the oven

  • Clean/vacuum the inside of window sills

  • Dust or hand wipe wood blinds

  • Moving of large amounts of books, CDs, knick knacks, etc. on shelves

  • Move and vacuum under furniture (If furniture is moved, G&SC will not be responsible for any damage caused due to the moving of furniture)

  • Vacuum the interior of all the bathroom cabinets and wet wipe

  • Hand wipe ceiling fans – ladder or step stool needs to be provide

Our Rates

By The Hour

We charge by the hour and rates vary based on the services selected. Because we tailor the clean to your specific expectations, every service starts with a free in-home consult. 

One Time & Deep Clean

Most homes require us to start with a more thorough cleaning. So, our first visit is usually 2-3 longer than the subsequent visits. We also offer Move-In and Out Services, as well as One Time Cleans. We can work off of your budget or we can work until the job is completed. 

We can work with you if your priority is budget.

APARTMENTS & CONDOS

Apartments and condos may incur a separate fee to accommodate parking costs and additional time to get into the home.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION FEE

All services cancelled within 24 hours of our arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

LOCK OUT FEE

If we arrive at your home and are unable to enter or complete the cleaning for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a $100 "lock out fee."
